Speed Control System: In the systems used in automatic key copying machines, durations of processing and reprocessing backwards are generally equal. In the course of key processing, this puts too much pressure on the knife and it causes not only rusting on the knife but also its being on the blink. Thanks to the system we make use of, the processing duration is shortened down to the minimum such as 35 seconds and 25 seconds of this period of time is for processing and the rest 10 seconds is for reprocessing it backwards.

Horizontal Working: The most striking feature of Carisma Series is its horizontally working mill. While copying keys, with the loss in angle from lower plug to the upper plug in the code of locking, circular working milling systems increase error rate. Thanks to the horizontal working system developed, no matter how many keys are processed from one copy to the other, because the cutting and follower centres of raw key and the copied one are at the centre, error rate on the copied keys is always zero. Because of that, An-San gives 100% of opening warranty to all keys it has made.

Electronic Control Units: The microchip inserted in the machine, not only allows its all components to work but also to keep them under control and keep record of all procedures run on the machine. Thanks to that, maximum safety against any malfunction is obtained plus it informs various conditions which needs service such as rusting of cutter kit, service time both visually and vocally.* Thanks to its digital screen, it displays you daily, weekly, monthly and total key amount as a report.
